With the growing demand for PMP certification combined with the rapidly increasing popularity of the SpringBOK courses, we are in need of additional instructors to teach the ever-expanding list of public, government and corporate courses each month.

We recognize that our top-notch instructors are one of the big reasons for our success, so we offer an aggressive compensation package including salary plus incentives, flexible work hours and locations, and a fun/challenging work environment.

Qualifications:

10+ years Project Management experience

PMP®-certified, card-carrying member of PMI

Masters Degree or higher education
 
Passionate about project management

Ability to travel 2 weeks per month, you choose which week
Enjoy meeting and associating with people, helping them accomplish a challenging goal in their life (PMP cert)

Have health and stamina needed to conduct a high-energy four day class

Previous experience in adult education helpful

An excellent presenter, able to instruct, manage a class, think quickly on your feet, field questions and control a group, and be able to laugh and have fun while doing all of this.
